Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@capegazette.com with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Print Subscriptions (if apparel, purchased as part of a subscription bundle, needs to be exchanged for size, please simply send us an email).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
